What do I need to move in?
When you decide to rent a self-storage unit with us, there are a few prerequisites to ensure a smooth move-in. You can conveniently provide this information either online through our "book online" page or in-person and say Hi to Kyle, the legend with the mo!
We will need to see a form of photo ID, which can be a valid driver’s license or any other government-issued photo identification. If you plan on utilizing our complimentary moving truck, please have a valid car license on hand. For communication purposes, we ask for your contact details, which include a phone number, your mailing address (No PO Boxes!), and an email address. On the financial side, we request a minimum payment equivalent to two month's rent on your move-in day. For those opting for online procedures, we accept credit cards & debit cards. If you're setting things up in-store, you'll find we're equipped with an EFTPOS machine, and we gladly accept cash payments as well.
Are my items insured?
Although we do not directly offer additional insurance options, we have heavily invested in creating a highly secure environment for all stored items.
